It's one thing to purchase art and hang it on the wall, but it's another thing entirely to have the opportunity to meet an artist in person. From time to time we like to pry our artist friends away from their illustration boards and canvases, clean them up a bit (as much as possible) and bring them out to conventions and festivals. These are great places to pick up original pieces, get autographs, ask questions, and even snap a photograph or two.
